What’s the French for “ding, ding”?
Our picture shows a 1965 London Routemaster bus owned by Cirencester public relations and events consultancy LawsonClarke PR, having just arrived in France aboard P&O’s ‘Pride of Calais’.
LawsonClarke, which specialises in automotive PR, took the bus in support of the Guild of Motoring Writers’ annual European classic car run, which this year visited Belgium.
35 vehicles made the trip including a 1928 Ford Model A Roadster V8, a 1930 Rolls Royce Phantom II and a 1959 Jaguar XK150 drophead coupe, and was backed by BMW, Nissan, P&O Ferries, Michelin and Ford.
