NEW BRABANTIA WEBSITE DELIVERS INCREASED BENEFITS TO CONSUMERS
Brabantia has launched its all new website at www.brabantia.com - with a range of advantages to the consumer.
“The new site is designed to make it easy for existing and new customers to access all the company and product information they might need,” said David Slater, sales director of Brabantia UK.
“We have created a highly useable one-stop on-line centre, enabling customers to find the product they want at a retailer that’s convenient to them, while at the same time speeding up the process of ordering replacement or service items.”

Searching for the latest products
This enables customers to research the complete Brabantia product line-up before venturing in to store, helping to save time and ensuring that they get the right product in the size and finish of their choice. The site even includes some helpful explanatory demonstration tools, such as a video showing how simple the new WallFix clothes drier is to operate.
Retailer locator
Then, simply by clicking on their nearest town, customers can find the retailer closest to them.
Service items
To help improve customer service, the site makes it easy for customers to resolve any service issues, by quickly identifying and ordering replacement components.
Manuals and instructions
The new Brabantia website also gives added support to customers by providing click to view on-line manuals and instructions, in the event of them being mislaid. This saves having to contact the company and wait for a replacement to be sent by post.
