You should consult your doctor before starting any fitness programme, or if you have any health concerns.
Use a stability ball for the exercises. Ensure this is a high quality, anti-burst ball and clear away any obstacles in the room which you could fall towards to ensure safety. Warm up properly before beginning these exercises by doing cardiovascular exercises eg: skipping or walking, jogging or cycling outdoors.
