Guaranteed buy-back deal at Richmond Villages means you won’t loose out if prices fall

Free short term rentals and part exchange options also available

Richmond Villages has launched a special scheme that ensures that when you buy a Serviced Apartment at its award-winning retirement villages at Painswick, Gloucestershire and Northampton, or Coventry and Nantwich you won’t loose out if prices should fall.  The company is offering a Guaranteed Buy Back deal (see note) on a limited number of serviced apartments; this means that whatever you pay for your new home now, the company will refund the full amount in the future.

Paul Jackson, managing director of Richmond Villages, says:  “Despite the credit crunch, we are receiving a higher level of enquiries than ever before, especially for our Serviced Apartments.  However, we understand that for those contemplating a move, there may be concerns that the value of their new home may decrease given the current market conditions.  Our Guaranteed Buy Back scheme removes that worry, so that those who buy under the scheme before the end of the year can enjoy peace of mind that they won’t loose out financially.”

Richmond Villages can also assist in other areas of the move.  For example, it recently helped people who wanted to move to its Northampton village immediately, but needed to sell their properties first.  The company arranged a free short-term rental, while also taking on the responsibility of selling their old property.  This service includes appointing an estate agent, organising a removal team, and even making sure your garden is tended and the property kept ‘looking its best’ until the sale completes.  In other cases, part exchange arrangements have ensured its residents could make the move to one of its superb retirement villages sooner rather than later, allowing them to get on and enjoy their lives without the worry of trying to sell their old homes.
