SAFETY FIRST - AT RICHMOND NANTWICH
Opening your front door to strangers is a daunting prospect for the infirm and elderly, but for residents at Richmond Village, Nantwich the worry is completely removed, especially when essential safety checks have to be carried out.
The testing of safety equipment is regularly arranged by staff at the village, and Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service visited Richmond Village at Nantwich recently to meet residents, test the smoke detectors in their rooms and apartments and offer fire safety advice.
This comprehensive level of care, security and support helps differentiate Richmond Villages from other care homes, and is a fundamental part of its approach at the four retirement communities it operates across the UK.
Many people choose to live in a Richmond Village early in their retirement when they are still active and can enjoy the excellent facilities. But they also have the reassurance that care is available when they need it, with nurses and registered domiciliary care teams on-site 24-hours a day, and all within a totally safe environment.
For further information, contact Jane Beeston at Richmond Village Nantwich on 01270 629080.
