Major re-brand announcement set to boost the sports nutrition market
Sci-MX Nutrition launched with full portfolio of over 30 products
The company and management team behind USN products in the UK has announced a major new development that will have a significant impact on the sports nutrition market.
USN Sport Brands Europe Ltd has embarked on a complete re-brand, and with effect from 15th October 2007, all its current products will be sold under the new Sci-MX Nutrition brand.
Sci-MX (pronounced ‘si-mex’) offers a fresh image to the range of products, with wide appeal to anyone looking to build muscle, lose fat or improve sports performance.
Sci-MX Nutrition will be the new brand for USN Sport Brands Europe Ltd, and is backed by the same team who developed the USN range of products since its inception in the UK. Under the new brand, the company will continue to maintain the same high standards and product efficacy.
The line-up comprises over 30 products, many of which will already be familiar to the sports fitness and retail trade as well as consumers - the formulae and intellectual property being owned by the company. The quality, production methods and flavours will remain as before, while investment in product development will continue to be at the heart of the company’s philosophy to ensure that it delivers innovative and top quality products.

Brand and marketing
The new Sci-MX brand is ultra hi-tech and modern, and in addition to a threefold increase in advertising, a new suite of in-store merchandising material will be made available to retailers. A proactive PR programme is also in place, while a number of high profile sponsorship deals will be announced shortly.
